Optimism & Faith

I love my husband for 1,000,000 reasons. But, one of the biggest reasons is his optimism and faith. It is D-Day at our house....the day that Jerry found out that he is being laid off....after 23 years! We knew that this day was coming. Events leading up to this.....Hurricane IKE, the companies Chp. 11 bankruptcy, shut downs, lay-offs & other "issues". He will continue to be paid with a severance package beginning in June. Jerry and I have such faith that "silver linings" always come in our clouds. We know good things are to come. It's weird...... Different...........another chapter of our lives........... He was sitting on our front patio with his pal "Nipper" this a.m. as I left for work...drinking his coffee. Please keep us in your prayers.
