67?????????????
OH MY GOSH!!! We got wiiFit and my wiiFit age is 67!!!!!!! I can't believe it. It was super hilarious last night as all three of us created our profile, character, and tried out the "training". I'm "normal" in all areas but BALANCE!!!!!!!!!!! and, I couldn't figure out the crazy thing. I looked more like a contortionist... Jerry & Collin were dying laughing. In fact, the crazy wii thing asked me "Do you have trouble walking...are you tripping alot?" Tripping----yes....but not my feet. TOO FUNNY. 67...........that's pitiful.

Crawfish and Pistoulettes
YUM YUM YUM - Saturday we went to Steamboat Bills in Lake Charles and got our fill of crawfish and pistoulettes. YUM YUM If you have never had a pistoulette...you haven't lived! It's a crusty, buttery roll slap-filled with either crawfish etoufee or shrimp etoufee....served pipin' hot! It will make you want to "slap your momma"! Krista is always wanting crawfish when she comes home as there's none to be had in San Marcos....what???? no mud bugs?????
Fence Building
Jerry is so talented and industrious. He build a new section of chain link fence on Friday on the side section of our back yard. I have been wanting a place to "kennel" the dogs when we have friends over. WE love our dogs, but they can drive people nuts with their continual "lovin" when we have company over. YEA JERRY! Collin helped dig holes :)
Chocolate Bunnies & Rain
Wow--the rain came down and the floods came up! Collin, Krista & Brad enjoyed their chocolates that the EASTER BUNNY left :) We watched Easter services on TV (feeling guilty) as bad weather was coming through our area --southeast Texas was getting pounded! And, because we had family driving in for Easter lunch....we wanted to be home when everyone got to the house in case we were in the middle of a monsoon.
Food, fellowship and family was great----always a good time! I'm so thankful that we had a big group of family together to celebration Christ's resurrection.

NASCAR 2009 Texas Motor Speedway

Okay---so we made way too many breakfast burritos and we decided that we would give them away. :) Actually, we needed to do an act of kindness since we were not at church on Sunday!!!
Cookin' breakfast burritos! Freezing our booties off....windy, windy and 42 degrees! I had on 3 shirts and two hoodies!
Sun coming up at Texas Motor Speedway! Sprint Cup 500!
We were at Texas Motor Speedway at 6 a.m.! Sunday. Collin slept until sunrise........
Saturday evening in Fort Worth----Dinner with the group of friends from O-Town. Yes, Jerry, Collin and I are in the picture...very back of the table:) Great Italian food!!!

NaScAR BaBy!!!
It's hard to contain the excitement! Hours until NASCAR and being there in person....row 9....to root on Matt Kenseth #17. The boys are feeling great after their bout with the flu, the rain has come and gone and we've got our tailgating gear out and ready to be loaded into the Tahoe. There's a group of 13 of us going to Texas Motor Speedway from Orange that tailgate for breakfast and then we tailgate after the races with some friends that we met when Jerry worked in Lake Charles...hamburgers and zummo sausages...YUM YUM. I'll try my very best to post some pics next week.
